Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and grease an 11×7-inch pan.
- Melt the butter and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until smooth, then remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter. Let it cool.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the eggs one at a time to the peanut butter mixture, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet mixture with the dry ingredients and stir until smooth. Fold in ½ cup of Reese’s Pieces, reserving ¼ cup for topping.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle the remaining Reese’s Pieces on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool for 20 minutes before cutting into squares.
