Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, beat together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy.
- Add the beaten egg, vanilla extract, and peanut butter, and mix until combined.
- Gradually add the flour, baking soda, and salt, mixing on low speed until combined.
- Fold in the Reese’s Pieces and chocolate chips.
- Scoop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, forming a tall and round ball.
- Bake for 19-22 minutes until the edges are lightly browned.
- Cool the cookie on the baking sheet for 10 minutes before serving.
