Instructions
- 1. Blend melted butter, sour cream, and beaten egg together.
- 2. Stir in the corn bread mix and both types of corn until well mixed.
- 3. Pour the mixture into a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
- 4. Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes.
- 5. Add toppings and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or sprinkle scallions after removing from the oven.
- 6. Ensure the corn is done when the middle is set.
