Creamy Corn with Bacon and Jalapenos

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a 2 QT casserole dish with cooking spray.
- Cook the bacon until crispy, then drain and crumble it.
- In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar, salt, pepper, and chili powder.
- Add the crumbled bacon, corn, diced jalapenos, minced garlic, and sliced scallions to the bowl and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes, stir, and serve.
