Instructions
- 1. Cook the rice by adding it to a large pot with water, bringing it to a boil, then simmering for 15 minutes and letting it rest for 5 minutes.
- 2. While the rice cooks, chop the thawed broccoli florets into small pieces.
- 3. Fluff the cooked rice with a fork and mix in the butter, salt, garlic powder, cayenne, and cracked pepper until combined.
- 4. Gently fold in the chopped broccoli into the rice mixture.
- 5. Add the Parmesan and cheddar cheeses, folding to combine, and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- 6. Serve immediately.
