Instructions
- Marinate the chicken pieces in pickle juice for 6-8 hours in the refrigerator.
- Drain the chicken and let it sit to remove excess pickle juice.
- Mix the seasoning ingredients in a small dish.
- Coat the drained chicken pieces with the seasoning mix in a bowl.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the chicken pieces in batches for 6-8 minutes until cooked through and golden.
