Instructions
- Marinate chicken cutlets in pickle juice for 6-8 hours.
- Drain the chicken and prepare the seasoning mix with flour and spices.
- Coat the chicken cutlets in the seasoning mix.
- Dip each cutlet in beaten egg whites, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Cook the chicken in an air fryer at 400°F for 6 minutes on each side, or in the oven at 425°F for 8 minutes on each side.
- Assemble the sandwiches with lettuce, tomato, chicken, pickles, and mayonnaise.
