Instructions
- Mix flour and paprika in a small dish.
- Coat chicken cutlets in the flour mixture in a Ziploc bag.
- Beat egg whites and mix in ½ teaspoon of Buffalo wing sauce.
- Combine cornflake crumbs, parsley, salt, pepper, cayenne, onion powder, and garlic powder in a separate dish.
- Coat the chicken cutlets in the egg mixture and then in the cornflake crumb mixture.
- For air fryer: Cook at 400°F for 6 minutes, flip, and cook for another 6 minutes.
- For oven: Preheat to 425°F, cook for 8 minutes, flip, and cook for another 8 minutes.
- Mix remaining Buffalo wing sauce and French onion dip.
- Assemble sandwiches with lettuce, tomato, chicken, and sauce on the rolls.
