Instructions
- Pat the chicken cutlets dry with paper towels.
- Mix paprika, chili powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl and season the chicken cutlets on both sides.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Cook the chicken cutlets for 4 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Toss the cooked chicken in buffalo sauce until fully coated.
- Assemble the sandwiches with the bottom bun, ranch dressing, lettuce, chicken, tomato, and top bun.
