Ingredients

The chicken

  • pounds medium chicken cutlets
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce

The sandwich

  • 4 pieces sandwich buns
  • 1 large tomato
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing
  • as needed leaves butter lettuce

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken cutlets dry with paper towels.
  2. Mix paprika, chili powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl and season the chicken cutlets on both sides.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  4. Cook the chicken cutlets for 4 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  5. Toss the cooked chicken in buffalo sauce until fully coated.
  6. Assemble the sandwiches with the bottom bun, ranch dressing, lettuce, chicken, tomato, and top bun.
