undressed coleslaw mix

Instructions
- Combine the ground chicken, panko breadcrumbs, egg, scallions, parsley, salt, pepper, garlic powder, dill, and two tablespoons of wing sauce in a bowl and mix well.
- Form the mixture into four equal patties and refrigerate for at least one hour if desired.
- Heat a nonstick grill pan or skillet over medium heat and lightly mist with cooking spray.
- Cook the burger patties for 5 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 5 minutes until fully cooked.
- Mix the coleslaw mix with the blue cheese dressing in a bowl until coated.
- Assemble each burger by placing a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of the bun, adding the cooked patty, drizzling with wing sauce, and topping with coleslaw before adding the top bun.
