Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In a bowl, combine ground chicken, egg, parmesan cheese, parsley, black pepper, sea salt, onion powder, garlic powder, celery salt, red pepper flakes, and oregano. Mix well and form into patties.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter. Cook each patty for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, then transfer to a baking sheet.
- Cover the patties with buffalo sauce and top with provolone cheese. Bake in the oven until the cheese melts.
- Toast the buns, then assemble the burgers with the chicken patties and any additional toppings.
