Instructions
- Split and cut each chicken breast in half.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, buttermilk, Louisiana Hot Sauce, Sriracha, black pepper, and paprika. Marinate the chicken for at least 1 hour.
- Heat oil in a pan to medium heat.
- In a zip lock bag, combine flour, cornstarch, and remaining seasonings. Shake to mix.
- Remove chicken from marinade and coat in the flour mixture.
- Fry the chicken for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- In a bowl, combine all sauce ingredients and whisk until smooth.
- Assemble the sandwich by placing fried chicken between pretzel buns, adding tomato slices, and topping with sauce.
