Instructions
- Slice the chicken breast into strips and season with paprika.
- Whisk together eggs and buttermilk in a bowl.
- In a zip lock bag, combine 1 cup of flour; in another bag, mix 1 cup flour, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Coat chicken strips with a little flour, dip in the egg mixture, then coat with the flour and panko mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry chicken for about 4 minutes on one side and 3 minutes on the other.
- Toss cooked chicken in BBQ sauce.
- Slice brioche bread, butter one side, and broil until golden.
- Layer cheese and chicken on the bread, then broil until cheese melts.
- Mix mayo, white pepper, crushed basil, garlic powder, and sriracha for the sauce.
- Spread sriracha mayo on the sandwich as desired.
