Honey Mustard Chicken Strips

The coating
Instructions
- Combine mayonnaise, mustard, honey, garlic powder, paprika, and pepper in a bowl and mix well. Separate into two portions.
- Trim chicken breasts and slice into strips. Marinate in half of the sauce for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 400°F and prepare a baking sheet with wire racks coated in non-stick spray.
- Coat chicken strips in Panko breadcrumbs and place on the wire racks.
- Bake for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with the reserved honey mustard sauce.
