Instructions
- Heat olive oil over medium heat and add shallots, stirring occasionally until soft and fragrant.
- Add grapes and increase heat, then pour in bourbon, vinegar, and wine, allowing it to sizzle.
- Add cinnamon stick and bay leaf, then simmer for about 30 minutes until grapes break down.
- Smash the grapes into a jam-like consistency, remove from heat, cool, and serve with crackers and cheese.
