Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F and grease and flour a 10-cup bundt pan.
- Combine the flour, salt, and baking powder in a large bowl and whisk together.
- In a stand mixer, beat the butter and cream cheese for 1 minute, then add sugar and beat until fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then add vanilla extract.
- Gradually mix in the flour mixture until just combined, then fold in diced peaches.
- For the topping, mix melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Layer sliced peaches at the bottom of the bundt pan and top with the brown sugar mixture.
- Spoon the cake batter over the peach layer, smoothing the top.
- Bake for 45-60 minutes until a skewer comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack.
- For the glaze, mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until desired consistency and drizzle over the cooled cake.
