Peanut Butter Frozen Yogurt Cups
Ingredients
The base

granola of choice, slightly crushed

plain or vanilla whole milk Greek yogurt

natural peanut butter

Puori Vanilla Protein Powder
The topping

⅓
cup
semi-sweet chocolate chips

teaspoon
coconut oil

to taste
flaky sea salt and/or additional granola for topping
Instructions
- Add a scant 1 tablespoon of granola to the bottom of each muffin well in a silicone muffin pan.
- Mix Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and protein powder in a bowl.
- Divide the mixture evenly among the muffin wells, spreading it out on top of the granola.
- Freeze for about 30 minutes until the yogurt hardens slightly.
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave in 30-second increments until smooth.
- Remove the yogurt cups from the freezer and drizzle the melted chocolate on top, adding any desired toppings.
- Return the muffin pan to the freezer and freeze until firm, at least 45 minutes or overnight.
- Let the cups sit at room temperature for 20-30 minutes before serving.
