Ingredients

The base

  • ½ cup Nature Valley Granola Crunch Cinnamon Crunchy Granola

The filling

  • 3 containers vegan yogurt

The toppings

  • to taste Fruits of your choice, sliced into small pieces (such as blackberries, strawberries or blueberries)

Instructions

  1. Line 2 mini muffin tin containers with 24 mini muffin liners.
  2. Crush the granola slightly using your hands or a rolling pin.
  3. Spoon 1 teaspoon of crushed granola into the bottom of each liner.
  4. Spoon 2 teaspoons of vegan yogurt over the granola in each liner.
  5. Top with your favorite fruits and a sprinkle of more granola, pressing it in slightly.
  6. Freeze for two hours or overnight, then enjoy.
