Granola Cups with Yogurt

The filling

fat free vanilla yogurt

Instructions
- Combine oats, wheat germ, almonds, and cranberries in a large bowl and set aside.
- In a small skillet, melt butter and mix in honey, molasses, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and salt over medium heat until combined, then remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
- Pour the molasses mixture over the oat mixture and stir until coated, then chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 325°F and lightly mist a muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Divide the granola mixture among the muffin cups, pressing it down to form cups.
- Bake for 15-17 minutes, then allow to cool completely before removing from the tin.
- Once cooled, fill each cup with yogurt and top with berries.
