Instructions
- Let the salmon rest at room temperature for 10 minutes.
- Whisk together the spices in a mixing bowl.
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the salmon with salt and pepper, then rub the spice mixture on both sides.
- Cook the salmon in the skillet for about 3 to 4 minutes per side.
- Plate the salmon and top with the lemon yogurt sauce, garnishing with cilantro.
- For the sauce, whisk together yogurt, cream, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, and cilantro in a small bowl, seasoning lightly with salt and pepper.
