Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Mix cinnamon, cumin, salt, sugar, and cayenne in a small bowl.
- Rub the spice mixture on both sides of the salmon.
- Heat oil in an oven-proof skillet over medium heat.
- Sear the salmon for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven to finish cooking for 5 minutes or until desired doneness.
- Garnish with orange zest before serving.
