Instructions
- Melt butter and coconut oil together in a saucepan over medium-low heat.
- Add marshmallows and stir until melted, then remove from heat.
- Stir in crispy rice cereal until evenly mixed.
- Transfer mixture to a greased 8x8-inch pan and press down flat.
- Let sit until room temperature, about an hour, then cut and serve.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
