Instructions
- Cut the top and bottom off the pineapple and slice it in half lengthwise.
- Remove the core and cut the pineapple into ½ - ¾ inch thick pieces.
- Drizzle lime juice over the pineapple slices.
- Brush on dairy free butter and sprinkle brown or coconut sugar if using.
- Grill the pineapple slices on each side for about 2-4 minutes until grill marks appear.
- Serve with optional toppings like shredded coconut or ice cream.
