Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat (300-350°F).
- Clean the grill grates and rub them with oil.
- Place pineapple slices on the grill and cook each side for 4-5 minutes until charred.
- Remove the grilled pineapple from the grill.
- On a plate, add 2 slices of grilled pineapple, 1 scoop of coconut ice cream, and drizzle with caramel sauce.
- Garnish with toasted coconut flakes and mint if desired.
- Serve immediately.
