Grilled Nachos

Ingredients

The nachos

  • 2 cups homemade baked tortilla chips
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 15 ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed

The toppings

  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 large mango, diced
  • 1 large jalapeno, sliced
  • 1 large avocado, diced
  • ¼ cup sliced green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill on medium heat.
  2. Assemble the nachos by placing a layer of tortilla chips in a grill tray and sprinkling Monterey Jack cheese and black beans on top.
  3. Add another layer of chips and repeat the cheese and black beans.
  4. Place the tray on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  5. Remove from the grill and top with tomatoes, cilantro, mango, jalapeno, avocado, and green onions.
  6. Serve immediately.
