Grilled Nachos

The nachos

homemade baked tortilla chips

black beans, drained and rinsed
The toppings

Instructions
- Preheat the grill on medium heat.
- Assemble the nachos by placing a layer of tortilla chips in a grill tray and sprinkling Monterey Jack cheese and black beans on top.
- Add another layer of chips and repeat the cheese and black beans.
- Place the tray on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the grill and top with tomatoes, cilantro, mango, jalapeno, avocado, and green onions.
- Serve immediately.
