The pastry

Instructions
- Roll out the defrosted puff pastry into a rectangle.
- Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the pastry and sprinkle diced strawberries on top.
- Roll the pastry tightly into a log and freeze for 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice the frozen log into 24 even spirals and place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly golden.
