Ham and Cheese Pinwheels

Instructions
- Thaw the puff pastry overnight in the refrigerator and roll it into a rectangle.
- Spread a layer of mustard on the pastry, then add ham and cheese.
- Roll the pastry into a log, trim the ends, wrap in plastic, and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Slice the chilled logs into ½-inch wide pieces and arrange on the baking sheets.
- Bake for about 18 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
- Sprinkle with herbs and serve warm or at room temperature.
