Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen puff pastry
  • 1 cup finely diced ham
  • 2 cups shredded Dubliner cheese
  • 1 each egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Thaw the puff pastry in the fridge and then roll it out slightly larger on a floured surface.
  3. Cut the pastry into even squares, choosing the size based on your preference.
  4. Place a generous amount of cheese and a sprinkle of ham in the center of each square.
  5. Bring the corners of each square to the center and pinch to seal.
  6. Whisk the egg with 2 tablespoons of water and brush the mixture over the tops of the pastries.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until they are puffed and golden brown.
