Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a bowl, combine the wet ingredients and mix with an electric mixer.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix again.
- Roll the dough into balls and flatten them with your hands or use a rolling pin and cookie cutters.
- Place the cookies on a greased cookie sheet.
- Bake for about 12 minutes.
