Instructions
- Prepare the vegetables by cutting the cabbage, onion, and bell peppers into thin strips and shredding the carrots.
- In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, brown sugar, sriracha, and cornstarch to make the sauce.
- Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions, then drain them.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
- Add the prepared vegetables to the skillet and sauté until they begin to soften.
- Pour the sauce over the vegetables and sauté until the sauce thickens.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss everything together.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and cilantro before serving.
