Soba Noodle Veggie Stir Fry

Instructions
- Boil water in a medium pot and cook the soba noodles for 4 to 6 minutes until tender.
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat and add garlic, ginger, onion, bell pepper, and broccoli. Cook covered for 3 to 4 minutes until softened.
- Strain the soba noodles and add them to the skillet with the vegetables.
- Push the mixture to one side, crack the egg into the skillet, and scramble it before mixing it with the noodles and vegetables.
- Add coconut aminos, Sriracha, and nut butter, then mix well and serve warm.
