Instructions
- Preheat the cooking oil to 350 - 375 degrees F.
- Split the lobster tails down the middle and pull the meat out of the shell, leaving it attached.
- Pat the lobster tails dry with paper towels.
- Dredge the lobster tails in the seasoned flour, coating both the meat and shell.
- Dip the lobster and shell in the egg wash, ensuring they are completely covered, then let them drain briefly.
- Coat the egg-washed lobster tails in the seasoned bread crumbs, patting lightly to ensure they are fully coated.
- Place the breaded lobster tails in the preheated oil and fry for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown.
- Carefully remove the lobster from the oil and allow to drain on a baking rack for 1 minute.
- Serve the lobster with cocktail sauce, tartar sauce, or drawn butter.
