Ingredients

The lobster tails

  • 2 tails lobster tails (about 5-7 ounces each)

The garlic butter sauce

  • tablespoons melted unsalted butter
  • ½ tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ½ teaspoon finely chopped parsley
  • ½ teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Pat the lobster tails dry and butterfly them using kitchen shears.
  2. Slice through the top shell down the middle until reaching the base of the tail.
  3. Press down on the ribs to crack them, which helps release the meat.
  4. Remove any veins from the lobster if necessary and lift the meat over the shell.
  5. Combine melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, and Old Bay seasoning.
  6. Brush the mixture over the lobster tails, reserving some for later.
  7. Air fry the tails at 370°F for 5-8 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
