Air Fryer Lobster Tails

The garlic butter sauce

Instructions
- Pat the lobster tails dry and butterfly them using kitchen shears.
- Slice through the top shell down the middle until reaching the base of the tail.
- Press down on the ribs to crack them, which helps release the meat.
- Remove any veins from the lobster if necessary and lift the meat over the shell.
- Combine melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, and Old Bay seasoning.
- Brush the mixture over the lobster tails, reserving some for later.
- Air fry the tails at 370°F for 5-8 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
