Instructions
- Mix the dressing ingredients and refrigerate.
- Prepare the tofu by cutting it into strips and pressing to remove excess water.
- Set up dredging stations with flour, vegan buttermilk, and panko breadcrumbs mixed with seasoning.
- Dredge tofu in flour, dip in buttermilk, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry tofu strips until golden brown.
