Instructions
- Cut the tofu into slabs and pat dry.
- Heat oil in a skillet and season with salt and pepper.
- Sear the tofu until crispy and golden on both sides.
- Prepare the slaw by mixing cabbage, onion, cilantro, mayo, vinegar, and salt in a bowl.
- Mix BBQ sauce and chili paste in a bowl and brush it on the tofu.
- Toast the buns and assemble the sandwich with tofu, slaw, and optional avocado.
