Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C).
- Slice the tofu into ¼ inch thick slices.
- Mix the Tamari, maple syrup, lime juice, garlic powder, liquid smoke, black pepper, and hot sauce in a bowl.
- Coat the tofu slices with the marinade on both sides.
- Place the marinated tofu on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
- Flip the tofu and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until crispy.
- Allow the tofu to cool while preparing the sandwich toppings.
- Spread dressing on the slices of bread.
- Layer with lettuce, tomato, tofu slices, avocado, cucumber, and sprouts.
- Close the sandwich and enjoy!
