Roasted Garlic & Spinach Parmesan Pizza

Ingredients

The dough and sauce

  • 1 lb. Fresh Wheat Pizza Dough
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan Grated Cheese
  • 1.5 cup Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp All Purpose Flour
  • 2 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 2 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp. Onion Powder
  • ½ tsp. Himalayan Pink Salt
  • cup Pastry Flour

The toppings

  • 10 oz. Fresh Organic Spinach Leaf
  • 1 Whole Garlic Bulb
  • 5 tsp. Minced Garlic

Instructions

  1. Remove the outer skin of the garlic bulb and cut the top to expose the cloves.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400°F, coat the exposed garlic with olive oil, cover with foil, and roast for 30 minutes.
  3. In a pan, melt 2 tbsp of butter, add 2 tsp of minced garlic, and stir in 1 tsp of flour, then add the whipping cream, 1 tsp of black pepper, Parmesan cheese, and 1 tsp of garlic powder.
  4. In another pan, heat 1 tbsp of olive oil, add fresh spinach, onion powder, remaining garlic powder, remaining black pepper, salt, and remaining minced garlic, and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Spread pastry flour on a counter, shape the dough into a rectangle, and place it on a baking sheet.
  6. Spread the Parmesan sauce over the crust, top with mozzarella cheese, then add the spinach.
  7. Slice the roasted garlic cloves and add them on top of the spinach, then bake at 400°F for 18 minutes.
  8. Serve hot.
