Instructions
- Remove the outer skin of the garlic bulb and cut the top to expose the cloves.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F, coat the exposed garlic with olive oil, cover with foil, and roast for 30 minutes.
- In a pan, melt 2 tbsp of butter, add 2 tsp of minced garlic, and stir in 1 tsp of flour, then add the whipping cream, 1 tsp of black pepper, Parmesan cheese, and 1 tsp of garlic powder.
- In another pan, heat 1 tbsp of olive oil, add fresh spinach, onion powder, remaining garlic powder, remaining black pepper, salt, and remaining minced garlic, and cook for 2 minutes.
- Spread pastry flour on a counter, shape the dough into a rectangle, and place it on a baking sheet.
- Spread the Parmesan sauce over the crust, top with mozzarella cheese, then add the spinach.
- Slice the roasted garlic cloves and add them on top of the spinach, then bake at 400°F for 18 minutes.
- Serve hot.
