Spinach Blue Cheese Pizza

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F with a pizza stone on the bottom rack.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the crust to the pizza stone and bake for 5 minutes, then remove from the oven.
- Increase the oven temperature to 500°F.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the spinach until wilted. Drain excess moisture.
- Scatter the spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, blue cheese, garlic, walnuts, and parmesan on the crust.
- Using a pizza peel, place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Sprinkle with fresh basil and serve warm.
