Kodiak Cake Muffins

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and spray a muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, add the Kodiak Cakes Mix and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, combine the mashed bananas, milk, egg, maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
- Add the wet ingredients to the Kodiak Cakes Mix and stir until just combined.
- Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips, saving some for topping.
- Transfer the batter to the muffin pan, filling each cavity about 3/4 full.
- Sprinkle the tops with reserved chocolate chips and bake for about 22 minutes.
- Allow the muffins to cool for 5 minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack.
