Instructions
- Combine the coconut milk, cinnamon, turmeric, ginger, black pepper, and honey in a small saucepan.
- Whisk in the water.
- Bring the mixture to a low boil over high heat, then reduce to a simmer, stirring occasionally for about 10 minutes.
- Strain the milk through a strainer or cheesecloth to remove solids.
- Taste and adjust sweetness with more honey if desired, then serve topped with ground cinnamon.
