Creamy Golden Milk

Instructions
- Rinse the cashews until the water runs clear.
- In a blender, combine the cashews with 2 cups of water.
- Add the remaining ingredients (turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, pepper, salt, honey, and vanilla).
- Blend on a low setting and increase the speed until creamy, which may take 2 minutes or longer depending on your blender.
- Blend in an additional 2 cups of water until creamy.
- Taste and adjust the sweetness if necessary.
- To serve cold, pour over ice; to serve warm, gently heat in a saucepan until steaming, stirring often.
