Ingredients

The cashew milk base

  • 1 cup cashews
  • 6 cups water

The spices and sweetener

  • 2 teaspoons ground turmeric
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 piece fresh peeled ginger (2-inch knob) or 2 tablespoons ginger paste
  • a generous pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Blend the cashews and water in a high-powered blender until very smooth for at least 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, honey, and salt to the blender and blend until combined.
  3. Taste and adjust flavors if necessary.
  4. Serve warm or cold.
