Healthier Baked Mozzarella Sticks

Instructions
- Cut mozzarella cheese into 24 sticks of approximately 2" x ½" x ½".
- Mix panko breadcrumbs, almond flour, corn starch, sesame seeds, dried parsley, salt, garlic powder, mustard powder, paprika, black pepper, and cayenne in a shallow bowl.
- Place whole wheat flour in a second shallow bowl and beat eggs in a third bowl.
- Coat each cheese stick in flour, then dip in eggs, and finally coat in the breadcrumb mixture, repeating the egg and breadcrumb coating.
- Place coated sticks on a baking sheet and freeze for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Brush each stick lightly with olive oil and bake for 10 minutes.
- Switch to broil, flip the sticks, and broil for about 3 minutes until golden brown.
