Instructions
- Boil salted water and cook the pasta until al dente, reserving some pasta water.
- Grind the crispy bacon into fine pieces using a food processor.
- Melt butter in a saucepan and whisk in flour to create a roux.
- Add jalapeños and spices to the roux, then gradually whisk in half and half until thickened.
- Stir in the cheese until melted, then mix in the cooked pasta and bacon.
- Serve with additional bacon and black pepper on top.
