Instructions
- Mix gluten free oatmeal and almond milk in a small bowl.
- Microwave the mixture uncovered for 1-2 minutes until desired consistency.
- Remove from microwave and stir in cooked quinoa, coconut milk yogurt, sliced apples, pomegranate arils, crushed candied pecans, and a dash of cinnamon.
- Drizzle with honey or maple syrup and serve.
