Ingredients

The base

  • cup quinoa, cooked
  • ¼ cup Bob's Red Mill gluten free oatmeal
  • ¼ cup almond milk

Toppings

  • 2 tablespoons coconut milk yogurt
  • cup thinly sliced apple
  • 1 tablespoon pomegranate arils
  • 1 tablespoon candied pecans, crushed
  • to taste none honey or maple syrup
  • a dash none cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Mix gluten free oatmeal and almond milk in a small bowl.
  2. Microwave the mixture uncovered for 1-2 minutes until desired consistency.
  3. Remove from microwave and stir in cooked quinoa, coconut milk yogurt, sliced apples, pomegranate arils, crushed candied pecans, and a dash of cinnamon.
  4. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup and serve.
