Instructions
- Make the dressing by stirring together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, lemon pepper, and black pepper in a large bowl.
- Add the chopped rotisserie chicken, celery, onion, and scallion to the bowl and mix until everything is well combined.
- If desired, chill the salad in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with scallions and serve with crackers or in a sandwich.
