Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a saucepan and cook the spices until fragrant.
- Whisk in grated garlic and lemon juice, then toss with shredded chicken and season.
- Combine sliced onion and halved tomatoes, season and toss.
- Cut iceberg lettuce into wedges, arrange on a platter, and top with chicken, onion mixture, and pita chips. Drizzle with remaining dressing.
