The dressing

Instructions
- Mix the Greek yogurt with the mashed avocado and add lemon juice to taste, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped celery, grapes, pecans, red onion, tarragon, and cranberries (if using).
- Add the yogurt mixture to the chicken mixture and toss until well combined, adjusting seasoning if necessary.
- Serve as a sandwich, salad, or appetizer filling.
