Instructions
- Remove the kale from the stems and core the apples.
- Cut the apples, cucumber, and celery into smaller pieces.
- Add all of the ingredients to the blender.
- Blend until smooth and strain through a cheesecloth or sieve.
- Adjust flavor to taste.
