Instructions
- Wash and prepare all produce, peeling the ginger and lemon.
- Cut the apples and cucumber into pieces suitable for your juicer or blender.
- If using a juicer, run the pieces through it and collect the juice.
- If using a blender, blend the ingredients until smooth, adding water as needed.
- Strain the juice through cheesecloth or a fine mesh strainer to remove pulp.
- Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator.
